⭐ 30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

🛠 Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery.
If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for certain item types, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care or hygiene goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest method is:

  1. Start a return for the item you have.
  2. Once approved, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to:

  • Cancel or return their order within 14 days
  • For any reason
  • Without needing to provide a justification

The item must still meet the standard return conditions (unused, unworn, original packaging, proof of purchase).


💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear within 10 business days
