We pack your order in 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday. It then takes 5 to 10 business days to reach you in the USA. Canada takes 7 to 12 business days. Europe, Australia and New Zealand take 7 to 15.

Your shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay. No surprises.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Use it on our Order Tracking Page or the carrier's site. If it shows no update for 7 days, email us and we will look into it.

Yes. You have 30 days after it arrives. It must be unused, in the box it came in, with proof of purchase. Email support@lunaoutdoors.com first. If we approve it, we send you a return label and steps. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Check your order when it comes. If it is broken or the wrong item, email support@lunaoutdoors.com right away. We will look at it and make it right.

Start a return for the item you have. Once we approve it, place a new order for the one you want. This is the fastest way.
